Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle supplier pricing verification, LC applications, and customs-related tasks. You will assist with import/export documentation and maintain accurate records, supporting trade operations.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics, with NITEC or equivalent and knowledge of import/export procedures. This is a 3‑month contract from immediate start, based in Paya Lebar.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous.
• Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate welcome.
• Around 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify supplier pricing, invoices and supporting documents
• Prepare and apply for Letters of Credit (LC)
• Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty permit declarations
• Assist with import/export and trade documentation
• Ensure information and documentation are accurate and properly maintained
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
