Job summary

STA Pharmaceuticals Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced warehouse/logistics professional to manage daily operations at the Tuas site, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipment preparation.

The role emphasizes GMP/GDP compliance, accurate record-keeping, and effective use of the WMS system. Strong English and Chinese communication, attention to procedures, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in CRDMO industry.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for technical communication.
• Familiar with daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, shipping, counting).
• Strong sense of responsibility, execution, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs.
• Basic data processing and filing skills.
• Basic GMP/GDP knowledge or similar quality systems.
• Proactive, fast learner, adaptable to new environments.
• Good cross-cultural communication and teamwork.

• Assist with preparation of import/export customs clearance documents and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs.
• Proficiently use the WMS system for logistics transactions and data recording.
• Participate in 5S management, safety management, and temperature-controlled environment monitoring.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor daily logistics activities at the Singapore Tuas site, including but not limited to: material receiving, warehouse management (location assignment, shelving, inventory counting), picking, and shipment preparation.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining warehouse management processes and record systems compliant with GMP/GDP requirements.
• Assist with preparation of import/export customs clearance documents for international/domestic materials and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs (under QA guidance).
• Proficiently use the company's WMS system for logistics transactions and data recording, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
• Participate in 5S management, safety management, and temperature-controlled environment monitoring in the local warehouse.
• Complete other related tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• 5 years of working experience in CRDMO industry.
• Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
• Familiar with daily warehouse operation processes (receiving, storage, shipping, inventory counting).
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution; detail-oriented and able to strictly follow operating procedures.
• Basic data processing and document filing skills.
• Basic understanding of GMP/GDP or similar quality systems.
• Proactive, fast learner, able to quickly adapt to new environments and requirements.
• Good team spirit and cross-cultural communication awareness.
