Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis to support operational reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to warehouse operations.
• Problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate timely delivery and optimize logistics performance
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain data accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and ensure safety compliance
• Identify and execute process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within warehouse and logistics functions
• Liaise with external logistics partners and transport providers to arrange shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of all warehouse and distribution activities for audit and tracking purposes
