Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle documentation and shipping coordination.
• Prepare and submit all required documents for customs clearance.
• Liaise with freight forwarders on shipment arrangements.
• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide updated schedules and information to the project team.
• Manage the scheduling and booking of lorries, trailers, and other transportation required for site deliveries.
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage filing systems.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
