Job summary

Hoy San Transport Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its growing logistics team in Singapore. Qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Only Singaporean and Singapore PR are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely system updates
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery and shipment arrangements
• Follow up on delivery orders, shipping documentation, and shipment completion status
• Monitor and update daily logistics activities, including outgoing goods and vessel/container schedules
• Plan and maintain shipping schedules, including tank truck loading schedules and time slot bookings
• Prepare and issue logistics-related documents such as cargo tally sheets, labels, and blending instructions
• Track shipment progress and provide customers with delivery updates and shipment photos where required
• Support the logistics team with administrative coordination and other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned
