Job summary

LINCSTECH CIRCUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support alternate site shipping arrangements, issue POs, and monitor deliveries. You will coordinate with forwarders, prepare shipping documents, and ensure timely permits and documentation. The role requires attention to detail and ability to work with various departments.

The ideal candidate has A-Level and at least 2 years in shipping in manufacturing, strong MS Office skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

A-Level with minimum 2 years’ Shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized and meticulous with eye for details.
Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Support purchasing function for alternate site shipping arrangements and documentation.
Issue PO, generate reports and monitor deliveries/lead-time.
Coordinate shipment arrangements with forwarder and ensure permits applied on time.
Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing list and all required documents.
Coordinate with relevant sections to ensure smooth shipment pack and on-time delivery.
Handle shipment arrangements & documentation between alternate site business.
Resolve shipping problems such as damaged cargo and customs clearance.
Ensure proper filing of documentation from quotation, PO, invoice, packing list and others.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
