Job summary

INTELLECT MINDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and supply chain operations in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, updating records, and liaising with customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery operations. Key responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining shipping docs, updating ERP/CRM systems, and assisting with inventory

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/logistics systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain logistics and shipping documentation.
• Process delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and customers.
• Track shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates.
• Verify shipment quantities, delivery details, and supporting documents.
• Update logistics information in ERP/CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with inventory and stock movement documentation.
• Follow up on delivery discrepancies, delays, damages, or missing documents.
• Maintain proper filing of logistics records and documentation.
• Support the Logistics/Supply Chain team with daily administrative activities.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures and customer requirements.
