The role requires 2+ years in logistics, SAP/MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and accurate data input, while maintaining client relationships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics & supply chain
• Experience handling import/export in APAC
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge advantageous
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Highly organised with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment import and export within the APAC region
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery details
• Engage in inbound and outbound operational activities
• Perform escalation and reporting of deliverables and data input
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory review and stocking
• Define, plan and execute service-improvement projects in a timely manner
