Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced logistics professional to drive the organizational logistics strategy in line with global growth plans. You will collaborate with Supply Chain teams to scale operations, design scalable playbooks, and coordinate with Singapore EDB for project reviews and engagement.

The role requires 7–10 years of ocean freight and road transport experience, strong data analytics, and excellent communication across virtual and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience/industry-level knowledge around ocean freight and road transport.
• Performance management experience in driving/tracking logistics metrics including cost.
• Strong data analysis and insights gathering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to operationalize the Logistics leg for global growth.
• Design playbooks for logistics replication and scaling.
• Engage with Singapore EDB for project coordination and reviews.
• Prepare feasibility studies from a logistics perspective and present opportunities and risks.
