Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and generate Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Provide sales support and logistics coordination to customers.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding pricing, order status and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on orders and deliveries, providing timely updates to customers.
• Assist with tele-sales / telemarketing activities.
• Handle customer emails and telephone enquiries professionally.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records and operational reports.
• Prepare relevant documentation and perform clerical and administrative duties.
• Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Logistics operations.
