Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support order processing and trade documentation. You will handle sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, verify payments, generate delivery orders, and prepare invoices and related records.

In this role you will maintain accurate sales records, coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Maintain accurate sales records and document control.
• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
• Prepare shipment and import/export documents and track order status.
• Support monthly sales closing with reconciliations and reporting.
