You will coordinate with overseas offices and internal teams, build strong customer relationships, and help achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs. Strong communication via phone and email is essential.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily air freight and sea freight sales enquiries and quotation requests via phone and email.
• Prepare freight quotations and follow up with customers to support sales conversion.
• Maintain and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance data.
• Process debit notes and credit notes to support accurate billing and payment arrangements.
• Provide timely communication and customer service to customers while coordinating with overseas offices and internal teams.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide professional sales support throughout the quotation and shipment process.
