Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive freight sales executive to handle air and sea freight sales enquiries, price requests and quotation preparation.

You will coordinate with overseas offices, freight operations teams and internal departments to secure competitive rates and accurate quotations. You will follow up on quotations, maintain sales records and prepare weekly and monthly reports, and strive to achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs while building and sustaining

Responsibilities

• Handle air freight and sea freight sales enquiries, including pricing requests and quotation preparation.
• Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, freight operations teams and internal departments to obtain competitive rates and ensure accurate quotations.
• Maintain sales records and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Process debit notes and credit notes in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and provide professional sales assistance.
• Collaborate with the Outdoor Sales Team to expand customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and quality service.
