Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Specialist to grow our customer base in Singapore.

You will focus on acquiring warehousing and related logistics clients, promoting storage, cargo handling, and inbound/outbound transportation services for our company-owned warehousing network. You will build relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure viable solutions while driving revenue from cargo such as

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of logistics sales and business development experience.
• Experience handling electronic components, maintenance and service parts, or similar industrial cargo.
• Knowledge of warehousing, freight forwarding, import/export procedures, customs clearance, and domestic transportation.
• Established network of customers and logistics partners in Singapore.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, proposals, and commercial negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new customers in Singapore, with a focus on companies handling electronic components, maintenance and service parts, and related industrial cargo.
• Develop new business opportunities for the company-owned warehouse, including storage, inbound and outbound cargo handling, and associated logistics services.
• Secure import/export, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and domestic transportation business.
• Generate leads through industry contacts, business networks, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, understand their logistics requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially viable and operationally feasible.
• Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, transport providers, and other logistics partners to support customer requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, provide regular forecasts and progress updates, and achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
• Monitor market developments and customer demand to identify opportunities for warehouse utilisation and revenue growth.
