Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistic Executive to liaise with suppliers and customers, coordinate with factories on order fulfilment, and handle freight bookings. The role requires 3–5 years in logistics and familiarity with Incoterms 2020.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Logistics or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One experience. Travel for business trips may be required.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in freight, logistics or trade operations.
• Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One system.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel for business trips occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Manage and coordinate with factories and customers on order fulfilment, including resolving supply chain issues.
• Freight negotiation and shipment booking.
• Provide professional advice on loss prevention and liaise/negotiate with insurance company when needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order fulfilment records.
