Job summary

NISSIN KOGYO ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator in Singapore to manage inbound and outbound shipments, support purchasing activities, and maintain logistics data.

You will coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, warehouse, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and shipping processes. Proficiency in Excel and strong English communication are required, with Mandarin ability preferred for business communications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound shipments and support logistics data maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, warehouse and operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare shipping invoices and monitor order fulfilment for accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with warehouse for packing, labeling and shipping instructions.
• Arrange shipment bookings with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Respond to logistics inquiries and resolve issues related to receiving, issuing and shipping.
• Prepare import/export documentation and assist with logistics reporting.
