Qualifications

• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intercompany orders and monitor order backlogs to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare import/export documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Reconcile inventory, oversee order-to-cash processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support Sales and Customer Service teams, prepare monthly reports, and recommend logistics process improvements.
