Job summary

AF GLOBAL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination, oversee shipments, and support seamless supply chain operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate movements across air, ocean, and land freight while maintaining high accuracy and pace. The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and shipping documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and freight documentation.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Plan, track, and manage the end-to-end movement of goods via air, ocean, and land freight.
• Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Vendor & Carrier Relations: Liaise and negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, transport vendors, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective rates.
• Customer Support: Provide regular status updates to internal teams and external clients, handling any shipment-related queries or discrepancies efficiently.
