Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator / Operations Executive for a shipping and logistics role in Tuas. The position supports shipping documentation, shipment coordination and customer servicing, with a 5.5 day work week and hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Sat 9:00 AM–1:00 PM).
You will prepare import/export documents, coordinate with forwarders and customers, and handle inquiries and issue resolution, while monitoring freight rates and supporting growth.
Competenze
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
- Shipping documentation or logistics coordination experience is advantageous.
Mansioni
- Prepare import/export documents, LC, Bill of Lading and FTA documentation.
- Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters and shipping lines.
- Arrange freight bookings and shipment schedules.
- Handle customer enquiries, shipment updates and issue resolution.
- Send documents to clients, agents and shipping partners accurately and on time.
- Monitor freight rates and support basic cost analysis.
- Coordinate with overseas agents and support new account development.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and support business growth.
