Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage daily customer inquiries, document shipping paperwork, and ensure orders move smoothly from warehouse to delivery in Tuas. You will monitor shipments, verify KPI targets, liaise with other departments to fulfil orders on time, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep tidy records while keeping the office organized.

Working days are 5.5 days with an alternate Saturday shift; salary is up to SGD 2,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare import/export paperwork and invoices after shipments close.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time clearance and delivery.
• Verify KPIs for incoming and departing operations.
• Coordinate warehouse planning with the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and records.
• Keep inventory level records and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a tidy office and secure workplace.
• Complete additional tasks as required by supervisor.
