AIMTOP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee transportation planning, routing decisions, and vendor negotiations.

The role emphasizes efficient warehouse operations and on-time order cycle management. You will lead a team, monitor costs, ensure compliance with local shipping laws, and optimize processes using SCM software, ERP, and WMS. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in warehousing or transportation are expected, with strong analytical and negotiation

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation & Routing: Plan shipping routes, select carriers, and negotiate freight rates and vendor contracts.


• Warehouse Operations: Manage inventory levels, oversee storage layouts, and track stock accuracy.


• Order Cycle Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet strict delivery deadlines.


• Budget Oversight: Monitor operational costs, control expenditures, and build cost-reduction strategies.


• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse and logistics staff.


• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local shipping laws, regulations, and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).


• Analytical Abilities: Skill in tracking performance metrics, analyzing delivery data, and fixing supply chain bottlenecks.

• Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or logistics, plus 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in warehousing or transportation.
