Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer services.
• Monitor incoming air & sea freight shipments.
• Prepare necessary documentation like Air Waybills and Invoices.
• Manage warehouse operations for proper cargo handling.
• Coordinate with operators for deliveries.

1. To ensure excellent customer services
2. Monitor all incoming air & sea freight shipments and updating the details of such shipments under each job number
3. To ensure proper preparation of all necessary documentations - Air Waybills, Bill of Lading, Invoices and Packing Lists etc
4. To ensure proper and updated stocklist and offlanding list
5. To ensure proper preparation of Delivery Orders and Receipt Orders.
6. To manage and ensure proper planning of local deliveries and export air/seafreight/courier shipments to various destinations.
7. To ensure smooth coordination with boat operators, shipchandlers, agents or Owners for delivery/loading to vessels at the anchorage, PSA container ports and the shipyard
8. To manage all warehouse operations to ensure that all cargo are picked, packed and loaded accurately

Requirements

1. Excellent knowledge of air and sea freight procedures and formalities
2. Min 3 years experience in aur and sea freight industry
3. Familiar with trade web live
4. Familiar with LT Connect
5. Familiar with shipyard, Jurong Port and PSA delivery formalities
6. Positive mindset
7. Able to multitask
