Job summary

Healthworkz Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Executive (Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Management) to oversee end-to-end logistics, inventory and warehouse operations. You will supervise stock takes, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure accurate picking, packing and timely delivery across the supply chain.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years' experience.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
Working knowledge of inventory management software.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Manage logistics and supply chain activities from forecast to goods receiving and order fulfilment.
Maintain stock inventory with up-to-date records of SKUs and stock movements.
Oversee warehouse operations, ensure safety compliance and proper maintenance of warehouse and equipment.
Supervise stock takes, audits and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate order fulfilment, ensuring accurate picking and packing for on-time delivery.
Plan daily delivery schedules and manage logistics costs.
Coordinate with freight forwarders for inbound and outbound shipments.
Manage product labels, packing materials, and delivery documentation.
Collaborate with vendors on container loading/ unloading, labeling and packing.
Lead the team to complete product labeling on time.
