Responsibilities

• Staff management: supervise and lead logistics staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Inventory management: monitor stock levels, manage storage, and ensure adequate supply while minimizing costs.
• Shipping and receiving: coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordination and communication: liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Process improvement: develop strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service.
• Compliance: ensure logistics activities meet laws, regulations and company policies.
• Reporting and analysis: track logistics data, prepare reports, and identify improvement areas.
