• Generate SAP details from Pre-alert shipment from HQ and ensuring stocks are received in time in the warehouse.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments using tracking/HAWB numbers and update relevant parties.
• Generate shipping invoices.
• Compile and process logistics billing invoices.

Job Responsibilities

• Notify Warehouse/Stores of all orders and incoming shipments with relevant SAP information.




• Generate SAP details from Pre-alert shipment from HQ and ensuring stocks are received in time in the warehouse.
