Valentino Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support warehouse and shipping activities. You will coordinate SAP-based order notifications, track shipments, and generate transfer invoices within tight timelines.

The role requires a 3-day-per-week schedule, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and a proactive, fast-learning attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Notifying warehouse/ stores on all orders and incoming shipments with SAP information.
• Generate SAP details from Pre-alert shipment from HQ and ensuring stocks are received in time in the warehouse.
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments via tracking/HAWB number and sharing details with relevant parties.
• Generate shipping invoices for transfers with a turnaround time of 24hrs for the region.
• Compiling logistics billing invoices into summary with supporting documents to request approval for payment.
