Job summary

Westcon-Comstor requires a Logistics Assistant for a 4-month contract in Singapore. The role supports inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including picking/packing, stock accuracy, and documentation processing.

The candidate should be able to lift 10–20 kg, handle goods safely, and maintain SAP records. The position demands basic computer literacy, good email communication, and flexibility to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy cartons and work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing between 10 kg and 20 kg.
• Proficiency in computer applications and email communication is essential.
• Minimum qualification: GCE N-Level.
• Experience with SAP and dangerous goods handling will be an advantage.
• Forklift licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Inbound/Outbound team with daily warehouse operations.
• Pick and pack delivery orders.
• Ensure 100% receiving and picking accuracy.
• Monitor and respond to emails.
• Sort and organize stock bin inventory in accordance with SOP standards.
• Provide general administrative support as assigned.
• Respond to all general enquiry emails.
• Be available to work overtime when required
• File and scan documents while ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure accuracy in Warehouse Management System (SAP) processing.
• Assist with document retrieval, including Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and invoices.
• Perform weekly cycle counts as assigned (100% stock take).
• Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager

About the Role

The position description of the Logistics Assistant includes assisting and supporting both Receiving and Shipping activities
