Job summary

HR QUEST SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking 4 motivated Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

The role requires a commercially driven, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Travel may be required to meet customers and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales/business development experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Existing customer network within logistics/freight forwarding is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within logistics and freight forwarding.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales to develop and execute growth strategies.
