Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Sales/Business Development professional to hunt and secure new customers in freight forwarding and logistics. You will meet targets and drive revenue while managing vendor relationships and participating in tenders.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales/BD within the freight/logistics sector, plus a valid Class 3 license and own vehicle. Working days are Monday to Friday, with 8:45am to 6:15pm hours in Penjuru.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo, or logistics.
Possess Class 3 License & Own Vehicle.

Responsibilities

Hunt and secure new business and customers.
Meet targets and/or increase revenue, volumes, and gross profit.
Execute business development strategies and tactics.
Interact with local and regional vendors to secure best rates for customer proposals.
Manage and analyze the performance of owned customers and take action as needed.
Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids if required.
Maintain positive internal stakeholder relationships - Tech, Product, CS, Operations & others.
Contribute ideas on process improvements & implementation of related improvements.
Execute and manage all other jobs as assigned by immediate and dotted line superiors.
