Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage end-to-end freight and trade operations in Singapore. You will build relationships with suppliers, factories, and customers to ensure timely order fulfilment and effective logistics management.

You will coordinate shipments, monitor orders, and help resolve issues while maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to SAP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination or trade operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, factories and customers.
• Coordinate with factories and customers to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor orders and resolve supply chain issues, delays and fulfilment challenges.
• Negotiate freight rates and coordinate shipment bookings with logistics providers.
• Provide professional advice on loss prevention and liaise with insurance companies as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and fulfilment status.

• Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor orders and proactively resolve supply chain issues, delays and fulfilment challenges.
• Negotiate freight rates and coordinate shipment bookings with logistics providers.
• Provide professional advice on loss prevention and liaise with insurance companies on related matters when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, fulfilment status and related activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination or trade operations.
• Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP HANA / SAP Business One experience is an advantage.
