Qualifications
- Diploma holder with knowledge of import/export shipping procedures.
- Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Well-organised, meticulous and proactive with good problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle documentation and export LC negotiations/applications.
- Prepare shipping documentation.
- Process LC, Certificate of Origin & FORM D.
- Assist in checking shipping documents.
- Liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders for negotiations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarder/customers on delivery and shipment.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers for smooth operations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
