Job summary

UMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate cargos and shipments regionally, with emphasis on Vietnam. The role involves handling forwarders, managing operations, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate records.

You will prepare documentation, monitor inventory and warehousing, and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and transporters. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are preferred, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse, or operations
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, collections, and transportation
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with logistics documents such as Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software
• Experience using ERP (Epicor) is an advantage
• Able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines
