Job summary

UMS SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee regional cargo coordination, shipments, and forwarder management, ensuring timely deliveries.

You will coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams; monitor inventory and warehouse operations; and ensure compliance with shipping documents and procedures. The role requires a diploma/degree in logistics or related field and at least 3 years of logistics experience; strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse or operations.
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, collections, and transportation.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with logistics documents such as delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Experience using ERP (Epicor) is an advantage.
• Able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, freight forwarders and warehouse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities
