Job summary

Panasonic Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics professional to manage exports and shipping operations across global markets from Singapore. You will liaise with factories, customers, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate shipping documents.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics, 3–5 years of logistics/shipping experience, strong MS Office skills, and leadership qualities. Experience with Power BI is a plus; you will also support the team with KPI reporting and

• 3–5 years in logistics and/or shipping.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI analytics experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling exports / shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories / customers / service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
• Verify bills from service providers.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Support Manager/Team Leader in PowerPoint preparation.
• Job coverage during colleagues’ absence (buddy system).
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
