Job summary

Superworld Electronics is seeking a Logistics Executive to coordinate shipping, inventory, and warehouse activities across our regional operations. You will manage deliveries, ensure accurate dispatch, and monitor KPIs to drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will handle SAP records, cycle counts, labeling, and documentation while maintaining compliance with quality standards. A proactive mindset and ability to collaborate are essential in our fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/shipping coordination is required.
• Ability to manage warehouse records and cycle counts.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and labels.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & freight: process deliveries, coordinate picking/packing and dispatch with forwarders, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control.
• Inventory & warehouse control: maintain SAP/system records, conduct cycle counts/stock-takes, reconcile discrepancies, ensure proper storage and traceability.
• Documentation & labels: prepare/verify DO, invoice, packing list and shipping documents; create/verify product labels against records before dispatch.
• Support barcode implementation; investigate shipping/inventory issues; prepare NCR/CAPA with root cause and preventive actions; monitor KPIs and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Job description

1. Shipping & freight: Process deliveries; coordinate picking/packing, forwarders/couriers and shipment status; ensure on-time, accurate dispatch and control freight cost.

2. Inventory & warehouse control: Maintain accurate SAP/system records; conduct cycle counts/stock-takes; reconcile discrepancies; ensure proper storage, identification, lot/batch traceability and material handling.

3. Documentation & labels: Prepare/verify DO, invoice, packing list and shipping/export documents; create and verify product/carton/barcode labels against physical goods, customer requirements and system records before dispatch.

4. Support barcode implementation; investigate shipping/inventory issues; prepare NCR/CAPA with root cause and preventive actions; monitor KPIs and drive process improvements with cross functional teams.
