Job summary

Yenisei Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Warehouse Executive to join our growing logistics operation. You will receive on-the-job training and gradually develop skills in warehouse management, inventory control, WMS, transport coordination and customer service.

From day one you will handle daily receiving, storage, picking and packing, maintain accurate records, and support process improvements. Forklift licence is preferred and you must be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
• Good computer skills, especially Excel.
• Familiar with Google Forms/Sheets/Workspace is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, checking, storage, picking and packing activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate with customers, drivers and warehouse staff.
• Prepare warehouse documents, delivery orders and billing information.

Yenisei Express Pte Ltd is an established Singapore logistics company providing warehousing, container trucking, transportation, freight forwarding and e-commerce fulfilment services.

As our warehouse operations continue to grow, we are looking for responsible and motivated individuals to join us as Warehouse Executives.

This is more than a warehouse job—it is an opportunity to build a long-term career in logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing and cargo-release activities
• Ensure goods are correctly labelled, stored and recorded
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies
• Update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Use Google-based digital job workflows, including Google Forms, Google Sheets and related applications
• Conduct regular stock counts and prepare inventory reports
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, transport operations and warehouse staff
• Prepare warehouse documents, job sheets, delivery orders and billing information
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cargo and ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
• Assist management in improving warehouse processes, work procedures and WMS usage
• Support future WMS implementation, system changeover and data-migration projects
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with workplace safety requirements
• Operate a forklift when required, subject to holding a valid forklift licence
• Perform other logistics and operational duties assigned by management

Requirements

• GCE O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant warehouse, logistics, inventory control or WMS experience is an advantage
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Google Forms, Google Sheets or Google Workspace is an advantage
• Preferably possess a valid forklift licence
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, drivers and warehouse team members
• Responsible, organised and attentive to details
• Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned duties
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, non-air-conditioned warehouse environment equipped with industrial fans
• Candidates without experience are welcome if they demonstrate a good attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
• Mature candidates and individuals seeking a career change are also welcome

Salary Range

• Without relevant experience but willing to learn: S$2,500–S$2,800 per month
• With relevant warehouse, WMS and logistics experience: S$3,500–S$4,500 per month
• Final salary will depend on experience, computer skills, forklift certification, leadership potential and ability to work independently
