Job summary

TECKWAH LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Operations Lead in Singapore to steer the operation team toward achieving organizational goals.

The role involves managing overseas vendors, ensuring KPI performance, and delivering regular internal/external reports. The candidate should have a diploma/degree with at least 3 years of warehousing/store management experience, strong problem solving, leadership, and communication skills, and proficient Microsoft Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive operation team to meet organization goals
• Manage overseas vendors and ensure they meet customer performance KPIs
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for internal/external stakeholders
• Collection of performance data, conduct data analysis and focus on areas of improvement
• Analyzed and evaluated existing processes, proposing new solutions
• Developed and managed relationships with vendors and customers
• Handle new requirement from customer/vendor/superior
• Other adhoc duties assigned by superior/manager
