Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end logistics operations, optimize inventory, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

You will manage a team, plan inbound/outbound shipments, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on operation oversight.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, manage, and develop the logistics and warehouse team, including manpower planning and performance management.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transportation, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, project sites, and other locations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor transportation and logistics costs and implement cost-saving initiatives where appropriate.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for logistics and warehouse operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of goods to minimise damage, loss, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper utilisation of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and other logistics resources.
• Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics providers and transport vendors.
• Prepare regular logistics, inventory, cost, and operational reports for management.
• Support business expansion, warehouse projects, and other operational initiatives as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
