Job summary

APSN EDUCATION SERVICES LTD is seeking a logistics and operations associate to manage inventory, coordinate event logistics, and support centre operations. You will work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution and compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires a diploma in logistics or related fields and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong English communication and the ability to work under pressure and outside regular hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Operations, Event Management or related field.
• 2–4 years in logistics/operations, inventory or event coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, procurement, and food safety.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to work outside regular hours when needed.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, logistics operations, and the movement of goods to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate logistics for events, roadshows, production activities, and centre operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support operational and event requirements.
• Maintain inventory records, manage equipment and assets, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards.
• Support day-to-day operations, respond to urgent operational needs, and optimise resources to minimise disruptions and support organisational goals.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Operations, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, inventory management, or event coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics coordination, procurement processes, and food safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to support operational and event activities outside regular office hours when required.
