Job summary

APSN EDUCATION SERVICES LTD is seeking a logistics and operations associate to manage inventory, coordinate event logistics, and support centre operations. You will work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution and compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires a diploma in logistics or related fields and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong English communication and the ability to work under pressure and outside regular hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Operations, Event Management or related field.
• 2–4 years in logistics/operations, inventory or event coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, procurement, and food safety.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to work outside regular hours when needed.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, logistics operations and movement of goods.
• Coordinate logistics for events, roadshows, production activities and centre operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners to support operations and events.
• Maintain inventory records, manage equipment/assets, and ensure food safety standards.
• Support day-to-day operations and optimise resources to minimise disruptions.
