Job summary

Toll Group in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service professional to support business growth and enhance Toll’s customer experience. You will handle daily order requests, coordinate deliveries, and respond to inquiries to maintain high service standards.

In this role you will monitor shipments with Batam and Singapore teams, prepare shipping documents, assist with customs clearance, and train new staff on procedures. The position offers a dynamic environment within a global logistics leader.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train newly joined staff on correct procedures.
• Check and manage Batam agent’s daily shipment forecast to avoid missed jobs.
• Ensure all LCL cargo is checked and collected on time.
• Plan vessel loading, berthing arrangements and rescheduling as needed.
• Liaise with Singapore and Batam Operations to monitor shipment status.
• Coordinate with internal teams on warehouse and shipment arrangements.
• Issue Bills of Lading and other shipping documents.
• Declare customs clearance permits.
• Respond to customs queries and handle related matters.
• Liaise with customers on daily order requests.
• Arrange deliveries and collections per customer requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues per agreements.
• Ensure timely follow-up and coordination to maintain high service.
• Carry out other customer service-related duties as assigned.
