Job summary

Toll Group in Singapore seeks a warehouse operations professional to support cargo handling, stock transfers and daily equipment checks. The role involves processing system transactions, validating cargo documentation, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will work in a busy warehouse environment and contribute to safety and efficiency on site. Applicants should hold a forklift license and have experience in warehouse workflows.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is required.
• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks on material handling equipment and maintain housekeeping.
• Conduct stock transfers and system transactions.
• Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Process system receipts of cargo and validate documentation.
• Identify operational shortfalls and report discrepancies.
• Conduct stock takes and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy of records.
• Coordinate outbound operations and ensure accuracy of stock leaving the warehouse.
• Maintain safety of personnel within the warehouse.

• Perform stock transfer / system transaction
• Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
• Perform system receipt of cargo
• Validate documentation and ... Identify operational shortfall and ...
• Perform Stock take and cycle counts.
• Ensure discrepancies are reported
• Perform outbound operations and ensure order accuracy of stocks leaving warehouse
• Ensure safety of personnel in warehouse.

Technology Activities:

• Operate systems, technology and electronic tools deployed (e.g. WMS, etc.)
