Job summary

SATSACO GROUP is seeking a freight/logistics professional to handle customer engagement and support, shipment coordination, and billing tasks in a dynamic environment in Singapore. You will manage inquiries, tracking updates, and build strong customer relationships while coordinating with operations and carriers.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field with 2+ years in freight/logistics, experience in airfreight docs, and proficiency in MS Office. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service.
• Experience with airfreight documentation (MAWB/HAWB/DG declarations) preferred.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and customs documentation.
• Experience with billing and invoicing is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with freight management/ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Customer-focused, team-oriented, and able to work rotating shifts, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers on freight bookings, shipment tracking and inquiries.
• Respond to customer requests with timely shipment and service updates.
• Maintain good customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with Operations, vendors, carriers and stakeholders to support shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates on pickup, transit and delivery.
• Escalate delays and issues to the relevant teams and assist with post-booking coordination.
• Prepare and process invoices; ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Recordkeeping: maintain customers, shipments, and documentation records.
