Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to serve as the frontline for shipments, providing real-time updates and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat; track shipments; assist with bookings; and coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to meet KPI targets.

This role requires a Diploma, familiarity with logistics docs, strong communication, and the ability to work 5.5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with logistics docs (BL, packing lists, invoices, permits, FTA certs).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work a 5.5-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipments and documentation.
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates on status or delays.
• Assist customers in creating service requests, booking shipments, and accessing tracking systems.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to resolve issues.
• Document customer interactions and track open queries to meet KPIs.
• Escalate complex or high-impact issues to team managers.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support claims investigations by collecting required information from customers.
