Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Airfreight Customer Service Senior Executive to manage end-to-end airfreight shipments for our customers in Singapore. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and seamless cross-functional collaboration with airlines, ground handlers, and customs authorities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of airfreight forwarding operations, shipment documentation, and customs regulations, providing reliable support to clients

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Shipment Management: booking, documentation, airline coordination, customs clearance (imports), export docs, billing, closure.
• Customer Excellence: primary contact for customers, provide updates, handle inquiries, resolve issues.
• Stakeholder Coordination: work with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, and customs authorities.
• Performance Monitoring: ensure SLAs, KPIs, and procedures are followed.
• Issue Resolution & Ownership: proactively resolve delays and documentation discrepancies.
• Process Optimization: identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain shipment records and regulatory docs.
• Team Mentorship: guide junior staff on airfreight procedures and docs.
• Escalation Management: escalate unresolved issues promptly.
