Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage airline bookings, coordinate shipment schedules, and liaise with customers, contractors and service providers to ensure smooth shipments.

You will work closely with internal operations, maintain records, monitor progress, support billing, and help drive service improvements while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements. 5.5 days shift work.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or shipping operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange airline bookings and coordinate shipment schedules
• Liaise with customers, contractors and service providers to facilitate shipments
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
• Work closely with internal operations teams to fulfil service requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers and customs on shipment movements
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery updates
• Support billing process including job closure and invoicing
• Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues
• Drive service improvements within the team
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
