HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our Singapore logistics team. You will be the primary contact for customers, manage orders, and coordinate with warehouse, transport and operations to ensure timely fulfilment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics customer service, strong communication, and proficient MS Office. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome. Enjoy a 5‑day work week with training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of customer service in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and shipment status.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Liaise with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of daily logistics activities.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery or service-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, reports, and system records.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
