Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and communicate with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, including attending to phone calls)
• Perform airlines space reservation (liaising with carriers, via phone, email, etc.)
• Monitor and follow up of shipments and checking shipment status regularly
• Verify pricing, terms & conditions for shipments awarded
• Process shipments in EDI software
• Arrange local handling services
• Co-ordinate with internal departments such as operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
