Job summary

SAITECH INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping operations, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders and suppliers. You will oversee end-to-end shipping logistics and ensure accurate delivery timelines.

The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain or related field with 2–3 years in shipping/logistics and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Location: Ubi, Singapore; salary up to S$3,500, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of shipping and logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers to coordinate shipment details.
• Monitor shipment bookings, transit status and delivery schedules.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of schedules, quotes and bills.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Identify and resolve shipping and logistics issues with attention to detail.
