Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Shipping) to manage import, export and transshipment consignments, and coordinate with hauliers, carriers and warehouses for timely clearance.

You will liaise with customers and warehouse teams for shipment planning, update records in the freight management system, and handle billing and vendor cost verification with a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight/logistics shipping.
• Knowledge of permit declaration.
• Experience in preparing air & sea shipping documents.
• Good knowledge of customs formalities.
• Pleasant, service-oriented and patient with strong multitasking.
• Knowledge of FMS/WMS is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle import, export and transshipment consignments.
• Coordinate with haulier, carrier and warehouse for timely clearance.
• Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning.
• Update information in freight management system.
• Issue billings to customers on a timely basis.
